26 – 27 Child Nutrition Eligibility and Education Benefits (CNEEB)

Dear Family,
 
Thank you for your partnership and for being part of our school community. I’m writing to ask that you complete the Child Nutrition Eligibility and Education Benefit (CNEEB) application for your student.
 
Completing the CNEEB is important because it helps ensure VPAWA receives full State of Washington funding to continue offering vital support like small groups, LAP, credit recovery, and summer school for credit recovery. When families complete the form and qualify, students may also be eligible for Summer Bucks (Summer EBT) and reduced fees for other programs and activities, including SAT and ACT testing fees.
 
Please take a few minutes to complete the CNEEB so we can maintain and expand these supports for all students. If you need help completing the form or have questions, contact our office and we will assist you.

Gracias por su colaboración y por formar parte de nuestra comunidad escolar. Le escribo para pedirle que complete la solicitud de Beneficios Educativos y Elegibilidad para Nutrición Infantil (CNEEB, por sus siglas en inglés) para su estudiante.
 
Completar la CNEEB es importante porque ayuda a garantizar que VPAWA reciba la financiación completa del Estado de Washington para continuar ofreciendo apoyos vitales como grupos pequeños, LAP, recuperación de créditos y escuela de verano para la recuperación de créditos. Cuando las familias completan el formulario y califican, los estudiantes también pueden ser elegibles para “Summer Bucks” (EBT de verano) y tarifas reducidas para otros programas y actividades, incluidos los exámenes SAT y ACT.

Technology & How-To Hub

Your student will access online education through the Accel Management Platform for Education (AMP). To help get you started in the AMP system, we have developed a resource website where you can reach out for technology support or find helpful videos and tips to ensure your success this school year!

On this site, you can submit a ticket, live chat or contact tech support. You can also view videos and articles to help guide you. Here are a few to start:

If you are logging in on a SCHOOL PROVIDED COMPUTER, please complete the following steps:

  1. Open your computer, plug it in, and connect to the internet.
  2. Log into your computer with your provided email account and password.
  3. A prompt to change your password will appear.
  4. After changing your password, click OK to authorize the password change.
  5. You will see your Course Dashboard.
  6. Click on the course card titled “Orientation.”
  7. In the left-hand menu click, on “MyAMP Meetings” to access the Live Orientation Session you would like to attend.

If you are logging in on a PERSONAL COMPUTER, please complete the following steps:

  1. Go to mail.google.com/mail
  • If you do not have any other Google accounts or have not logged into Gmail before, you will need to enter an email and password. To log in, use the provided information.
  • If you have an existing Google account, click the drop-down carrot and choose “add another account.” Use your provided account info to log in. 
  • Once you have signed into Google Mail with your provided account, open a new window and go to the Virtual Preparatory Academy of Washington website at wa.vprep.com
  • In the top navigation bar, you will see Student Login.
  • Clicking “Student Login” will prompt you to choose a Google account. Select your school account.
  • You will see your Course Dashboard.
  • Click on the course card titled ‘Orientation.”
  • In the left-hand menu, click on “Conferences” to access the Live Orientation Session you would like to attend.
